Appointments:

I provide massage services by appointment only.

For your first massage, please prepare to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to fill out a short client intake form.

I cannot allow unattended children or pets to be present during an appointment. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Kindly give at least 48 hours notice when canceling your appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled all other requests for that time period are refused. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or are a no show, you will be charged the full amount of the missed session. A credit card number will be required prior to your first session and will be kept on file thereafter. Gift certificates holders will forfeit their certificate in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment your appointment end time will remain the same. Everyone's time is valuable and the session will end on the scheduled time and the full amount for the session will be due.

If you are running more than 30 minutes late for an hour appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be responsible for payment of the current appointment.

No other appointments will be made until any balance is paid in full.

Minors:

Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his or her parent/legal guardian.

Professionalism:

I am a professional massage therapist. Comments or actions of a sexual nature will not be tolerated.

I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone that is intoxicated, suffering from a contagious illness or for any other reason that I feel is necessary.

Returned Checks:

In the event of a returned check, there will be a fee of $30.

I reserve the right to adjust/change or add policies as I deem necessary

Maintenance Plans

Commit to taking regular care of yourself and receive a discount on massage services.

Maintenance plans for Relaxation Massage and/or Therapeutic Massage (Does not apply to Medical Massage)

MP1 -- Schedule and receive massage once a month and the hour rate is reduced by $5.00

MP2 -- Schedule and receive massage twice a month or more and the hour rate is reduced by $10.00
