Ohio Valley Massage Associates has a dedicated team of professionals ready to rejuvenate your delegates/attendees at the your conference, convention, trade show, etc.

 Having a massage station at your event is a real point of difference and will set your event apart from the others.
Most likely
the trip to the event was tiring, the check in time at the airport, the flight, the time difference.  If they came my car, it could have been hours of sitting and the stress of traffic.

Hotel room
and bed that's not the same as home.  The long meetings that seem endless.  I can go on and on, the accumulative stress leaves a person tire and less attentive. 

 Conference delegates find a 5 to 15 minute neck, back and shoulder massage during breaks leaves them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and it shows your delegates that you appreciate their participation.  What better way than massage

Massage chairs take up very little room, and can easily be set up just about any where in the Exhibit Hall and/or meeting room along the wall, in an alcove, etc.  

Offer your visitors/participants a 5 to 15 minute seated massage session and they are bound to remember you!  And if you are organizing a trade show, your exhibitors can also benefit from you having seated massage on site. Imagine their reaction knowing our therapists will be there to help relieve any tension that may build up over the course of the event.

And our therapists can rove the floor if you wish, visiting and treating delegates and exhibitors wherever they may be located. It couldn't be easier.

If you are interested talk to us about your event requirements and we will organize a schedule and price for you.   Generally, pricing can be done in one of two ways indicated below .  However, we are open to your needs and requirements.

1.  No charge to the delegates!  The organization/sponsor covers the cost at $60.00 per hour per therapist,  The number of therapists could be from one to several based on your projected attendance and hours and days of the event.  To determine the cost simply multiply the number of therapist you would need by $60.00 times the number of hours you would require their presence.
                  Example;  1 therapists X $60.00 X 10 Exhibit hours = $600.00 and so on.

 2.  The delegates pay $1.00 for 1 minute of seated massage to the therapist in any amount they choose.  The organization/sponsor pays a flat fee of $400.00 per therapist for the event this will vary based on the length of your conference
