Your time is valuable, don’t waste it driving or sitting in traffic, I will come to you!

By having a massage in the privacy of your home you can relax more fully than at a spa or salon because you remain in the comfort of your home. Often the drive to and from the session will diminish the benefits of the massage. Isn’t the idea of a massage to get rid of the stress from work, traffic and to relax from your hectic life style?

When I arrive I will set up the table in the area you designate. Somewhere that will allow you privacy with an open area of about 8 by 10 feet. You will select your favorite relaxing music, dim the lights, then relax and unwind as you sink into comfy linens on a heated massage table.

Whether you have a specific injury or want to relax and get rid of stress, together we will discuss your needs and goals based on a brief medical intake form and tailor your session accordingly...The techniques I use are designed to ease away the stresses of your day.

After the massage I recommend a hot shower or bath and that you take a few moments to yourself to enjoy your new state of being, feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

What is it? It's a time for you and some friends to enjoy yourselves and each other's company, while treating yourselves to a relaxing time. It's the perfect way to pamper yourselves. After all, you work hard, you have the stress of family, friends and relationships.... Why not... Go ahead... Treat yourselves.... What do you get? You get the time with friends and family and you will all get a discounted massage. Parties are generally for groups of 3 to 5. Each person will receive a discount from a full price massage. Amounts are dependant on number of folks in the group and can be negotiated...

On-site business chair massage is a highly effective technique that provides an immediate sense of vitality and well being. The session involves the application of relaxation massage applied to the neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands along with a series of stretches and range of motion movements. Using a variety of massage techniques, which eases tension by helping key muscle groups to relax. The sessions vary from 10 to 15 minutes in length. During an on-site chair massage session, the person is seated and fully clothed. No oil is applied to the body.

Massage is a prudent alternative to expensive fitness centers that may be used by only 10% to 20% of your workers, or to spending thousands of dollars on workshops that teach stress reduction of the mind, but not to the body. A chair massage program demonstrates the employer's proactive commitment to the health and well being of their employees.

Employers are covering and /or sharing the cost of chair massage with their employees. The cost of which can be written off as a business expense as an employee benefit.

Mobile Massage is $65.00 per hour, there is a $15.00 Travel and set up fee. However, if there are two or more massages at the same time and location the $15.00 fee is waived.
